HISTory

3rd International Ports Conference

Created in 2017 by a leading expert and professional in the Port sector, Mr. Enildo Moreira Ferreira, who holds a Master's degree in Port Management, the event has always sought to promote dialogue and debate between companies, the government and other entities on critical and necessary issues within the Port sector, drawing parallels between international best practices in Port Management and the Brazilian scenario.

Over the last two editions (2017-2023), all events were held in Espírito Santo by decision of their creators and organizers (ICPEC), and the choice was due to the fact that the state has a historical relationship with the Port sector. It is worth noting that the port complexes in Espírito Santo make the state stand out, both nationally and internationally, and are one of the largest port complexes in South America, hence the importance of holding the event here in our state.

From this choice, the event became the first international event in the Port sector, with continuity in the State of Espírito Santo, making the International Ports Conference genuinely Capixaba.
